Most of my "t...You are absolutely right, Reya! Most of my "teaching" is not about language skills, grammar and translations, but about, "Hey, you don`t really need me! You are smart and able to teach yourself!" That leads to such answers as you quoted, but like you, I`m not playing along. Instead, I teach them body language, and make them shout, and I ask them to say I LOVE you to themselves, etc. <br />It can have the most remarkable results. Three weeks ago a young girl (17) came to me A WEEK before her final exams. "I will flunk," she said with solid belief. "I will not be able to get out one word!"<br />I said, "Oh, and HOW you will!" So we did all these crazy things, we giggled a lot, I let her give a speech to the lamp, she had to stand upright and use her hands and face.
